Does my customer need to install an app?
No. The AR preview opens straight in the browser on iPhone and Android. One tap on the button and the camera opens.
Which phones and tablets are supported?
Recent iPhones, iPads and Android devices with AR support. On a computer the visitor sees a QR code to continue on a phone.
Do I need 3D models or technical knowledge?
No. ArtInAR builds the 3D model automatically from your product photo. You do not need 3D software or a specialist.
What kind of photo do I need?
A straight-on photo of the artwork is enough. White borders are trimmed, skewed photos are straightened and a photographed frame is recognised automatically.
How does ArtInAR know the size of an artwork?
It uses the dimensions you entered for the product in your shop. That is why the artwork appears at true scale on the wall.
What does ArtInAR cost?
The first 5 artworks are free, with no end date and no credit card. You only pay once your collection outgrows the free plan, and paid plans can be cancelled monthly.
Does it work with my WooCommerce theme?
Yes. The plugin works with any theme and adds the button to the product pages of the artworks you select.
Does ArtInAR work with Shopify?
ArtInAR works with WooCommerce today. A Shopify app is on our roadmap.
In which languages is the AR preview available?
The guided AR preview is available in 23 languages and follows the language of the visitor.
